Tips
**For safety, there will be residual water in the boiler to prevent over burning**
-If you wish to make less espresso, fit the boiler half way to the safety valve with water and insert the reducer into the funnel. Add your ground coffee on the top of the reducer.
-Allow the moka pot to cool down before open it to wash.
-For the best results,always wash your espresso maker by hand.
-For the best tasting, brew with Fine grinding coffee and filtered water.

Unscrew the water container and fill cold water into it and not up to the MAX line.
Step 2,Add coffee powder
Fill the funnel with the ground coffee powder,smoothen the level gently and place it on the water container.Then screw the upper and lower parts together tightly.

Place the espresso maker on a source of heat.Boil the coffee over medium to high heat so it doesn't burn and taste bitter.

Return and refund procedure
To receive a refund for the returned product, please follow the step-by-step procedure below:
Step 1. Inform Country-Mouse.com by email, sending your return request to info@Country-Mouse.com must include the following information: the order number, the product reference, and the reason for the return.
Step 2. Process the return request. Once the return request has been sent, our Country-Mouse will contact you within a maximum period of 2 working days and will provide you with the return address or a return logistics label, if the case is by the points, previously mentioned.
Step 3. Return of your product. You must return the product without undue delay, taking into account the times indicated in this case, within 30 days, from the day you receive the order.

Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@Country-Mouse.com, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Please be aware that if the order is cancelled at the customer's request, a 5% payment processing fee will not be refunded.
