Q:Why The box says 7rl but the carts themselves are 5rl?

A:For example : 1009RL is 0.3mm needles ; 1209RL is 0.35mm needles,we use same plastic tips for these two needle groupings; Since 0.30mm needle are thinner than 0.35mm needle, we assembled the 0.30mm needle with smaller plastic tips so that needle won't bounce around. That's why you will find that 1009RL come with 7R tips.

Q:These cartridges can not fit on my pen machine, why?

A:Revolution cartridges can fit on most main brand rotary tattoo machine/wireless pen machine/cartridge grips on the market.

Return and refund procedure

Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after the purchase by email at info@Country-Mouse.com, indicating your request for cancellation (please note that you have a maximum of 3 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation). The refund will be issued using the same payment method. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
